- There are unused sound effects for multiplayer mode in the Rizline Application.
- When the game first released, MilK had an original illustration made by 山山奇. The illustration got replaced later by the Standard Art that is in use today, and the original art was made collectible as a Special Art.
- Rizline used to have an Explore option in the main menu, however it was later removed, as it didn't add much to the game.
- The Last Page IN chart used to have a maximum score of 1026500 points, whereas now the maximum score is only 1026200 points.
- Pastel Lines is the shortest song in the game, being only 1:50 long, with Enneaquest and F℟IEND being close behind, at 1:51 and 1:52 respectively.
- Lavender Leaf is the longest song in the game, with a duration of 3:45.
- The rizline_PlayEnding_soundfx_1 sound effect was used in a prototype version of Rizline when the song ends, and it is still in the game files, now unused.
- In a prototype version of Rizline, the IN chart of On And On!! had a difficulty rating of 15.
- In a prototype version of Rizline, the Rizline:clear rate was visible on screen during gameplay as a percentage value.
