Illustrations (also called Art in-game) are images for specific songs. Apart from appearing in song bubbles on the Song Select screen, illustrations are also collectible items that can be used as player avatars or Rizcard backgrounds.
The official name for song images in Rizline is Art. The internal names used in Rizline's code are illustration (for Standard Art images) and altIllustration (for Special Art images). Other common names for song illustrations used by the community include: "song jacket", "album art", "cover art".
Illustration types
Arts are divided into two categories: Standard Art and Special Art.
Standard Art
Standard Art (internally called illustration) are the normal versions of illustrations. Standard Art appears in song bubbles on the Song Select screen. All Standard Arts can be purchased for 500 
Dots in the Shop. Every song in Rizline has one Standard Art associated with it. To view a list of all Standard Arts, visit: Rizline:List of songs.
Special Art
Special Art (also known as alternative illustration, internally called altIllustration) are alternative versions of cover art. Special Art does not appear on the Song Select screen, but they are still purchasable from the shop as collectibles. Some of the special arts could also be acquired during limited-time events.[verify]
As of Asset Version v23.1.2.7.af841da1d9, there are only 4 Special Arts in Rizline. They are:
